Cancellation & Refund Policy

No Refund Policy

All subscription payments are final and non-refundable. By subscribing you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

1. Subscription Model

Templatement offers monthly and annual subscription plans. By completing a purchase you are entering into a recurring billing agreement. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

2. No Refund Policy

⚠️ All payments are non-refundable. We do not issue refunds or credits for:
  • Partial months or years of service
  • Unused time remaining in a billing period after cancellation
  • Upgrades or downgrades mid-cycle
  • Accidental purchases
  • Failure to use the service during the subscription period

This policy applies to all plans — Free, Pro, and Business — and to both monthly and annual billing cycles.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account's Billing & Subscription page.

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • You retain full access to all paid features until that date
  • After the billing period ends, your account is downgraded to the Free plan
  • Your data is preserved for 90 days after downgrade

4. Payment Failures & Grace Period

If a scheduled payment fails (e.g. due to an expired card or cancelled UPI mandate), we will:

  1. Retry the payment automatically up to 3 times over 3 days
  2. Maintain your access during this 3-day grace period
  3. Send you an email notification to update your payment method
  4. Downgrade your account if all retries fail and the grace period expires

5. Annual Plans

Annual plans are billed upfront for the full year. Cancelling an annual plan will stop the next year's renewal but no refund is issued for the remaining months of the current annual period.

6. Exceptions

In rare cases of demonstrable billing errors (e.g. duplicate charges), please contact us at support@templatement.com within 7 days of the charge. We will investigate and, if a billing error is confirmed, issue a correction.

This does not constitute a general refund policy — it applies only to confirmed technical billing errors.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before any material changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
