By accessing or using Templatement ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately at support@templatement.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Post or transmit spam, malware, or malicious content
- Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
- Harass, abuse, or harm any person or entity
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or network
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
3. Subscriptions and Payments
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
4. Free Plan
The free plan is provided "as-is" with no SLA guarantees. We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue the free plan at any time with reasonable notice.
5. Intellectual Property
Your content: You retain ownership of all content you create or upload to Templatement. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service.
Our IP: Templatement's software, branding, templates, and platform are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute them without written permission.
6. AI-Generated Content
Content generated using Templatement's AI tools is provided as-is. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and taking ownership of any AI-generated content before publishing. We do not guarantee accuracy, originality, or fitness for any purpose of AI-generated output.
7. Third-Party Services
Templatement integrates with third-party services (social platforms, email providers, analytics tools). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Templatement shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Templatement operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
